We are on an important mission to reduce waste, and by returning your packaging, you are playing a vital role in helping us achieve that goal.
We want to emphasise that this is NOT a cost-saving exercise for us. We do not pass any of the costs associated with collecting, cleaning, and processing returned tubs and canisters on to our customers. In fact, the cost of handling returned packaging is actually higher than purchasing new tubs and canisters.
We continue this initiative because reducing waste and minimising our environmental impact is something we genuinely care about. Every package returned helps keep more materials in circulation and out of landfill, making a real difference.
