The Bosko family brings together three distinct personalities: Bosko, affectionately known as "The Golden Child," along with the energetic duo Charly & Dave ("The Running Lunatics"), and Julia ("Mumma Goose").

This close-knit family business was born from a shared passion for good food and healthy eating. Bosko's Bus emerged in May 2022 with a clear mission: to serve delicious, gut-conscious food to their community. The family's journey began with their own experiences navigating digestive health challenges. After exploring various dietary trends and restrictions, they discovered that incorporating fermented foods, whole grains, and balanced meals made a significant difference in their well-being.

Their solution? Transform this hard-won knowledge into accessible, tasty meals served through their food truck in the form of Wraps, Baps & Bowls. The Bosko's Bus isn't just about food – it's an adventure in mindful eating, inviting customers to hop aboard and discover how delicious gut-conscious food can be.
