How the Lifetime Canister Works
When your Lifetime Canister arrives, it will be made from durable stainless steel with an airtight seal and a breathable valve. Please keep all the components safe.
Inside your box, you’ll find:
- Your Lifetime Canister
- A postcard with instructions explaining how the system works
Once you’ve finished with your coffee, simply send the canister back to us using the address printed on the canister. Alternatively, you can visit our refill page on the website, where you’ll find a list of locations offering refills for your Surface Coffee canister.
Remember this is your canister for life, so refill it as often as you can! It’s super simple, and together we’re making a real difference. This year alone, we’ve already saved over 50,000 bags from ending up in landfill or our oceans.
Here’s how it works:
- Open your box with care.
- Enjoy your coffee.
- When empty, place your canister back in the box.
- Send it back to us.
- Drop it off at your local Royal Mail Drop & Go Post Office.
That’s it we’ll handle everything from there! ☕🌍
